Build systems clients will actually use: externalized memory, time cues, “guardrails” (not rigid routines), body doubling, and recovery plans.
Module 8: Communication, Self-Advocacy, and Boundaries
Help clients ask for what they need without shame—communication strategies, boundary scripts, and accommodations that protect performance.
