More and more studies show that music helps engage the brain more effectively in learning. Music not only affects us on an emotional level but on a physical level as well -- lending us rhythms that can help set an effective pace to all that we do, including learning. In our work with clients we look at the role music can play in their learning routines and discuss how the use of music can aid them in sports, in the classroom and in daily life.
Learning to speed read can offer some of the same benefits as music. It can help clients filter out distraction and improve their focus, lending a rhythm to their efforts. The result is a great improvement in short-term memory and greater comprehension. It's why we recommend programs to improve speed reading and speed learning.
We arrange a number of other strategies with our clients. Among those strategies are setting up a clean, organized study space and a structured study routine of 15 to 20 minute work sessions followed by five minute exercise breaks. Whatever the strategy, the focus is always on maximizing the abilities of the FastBraiin client to improve concentration and self-confidence.
